Out of the trainee that didn't get picked, i really hope Yuna get's another chance to debut in another group... she really deserves it after being a trainee for the longest there
Let us remember that Nizi Project S2 wasn’t about their talent, it was about HOW THEY IMPROVED each month. You can have all the talent, but if you’re not improving/changing for the better, then JYP wouldn’t like that. Your attitude shows on how you perform, because most probably you definitely worked hard if you’re doing good. That’s just mostly how it was, might not be entirely true.
You can perfectly see this in how Riku, Maya, Mayuka and Nina improved. Personally, they did not make me feel like they were attractively in their talents, but in S2 they COMPLETELY CHANGED. I am not saying I couldn't see how the other trainees improved, but I personally didn't see SUCH DRAMATIC change in other trainees.
Maya reminds me of somebody but I can't say who... That survival was iconic and not too cruel for once. I'm so glad the girls debuted, and I'm waiting for Riria and Akari too!
What I've notice about Nina ranking is. I think JYP put Nina into Pressure, because he already know what Nina capable in the future ? Plus in the first encounter with her, JYP put Nina on the list already. Base on how amaze is he , when he watch nina perform, talk and Interact with him. :)
Since first audition when he said she was a treasure we ALL already knew she would debut and I totally agree with this. Personally, I think she put her in pressure because of her lack of dance skills, but her charisma and vocals were on point...

For both of them, as well as Miihi, he was looking much harder for mistakes than the others. Like he said to Mihii in the solo test in part 2, he wasn't sure if he should judge her as a trainee or pro, and he was definitely leaning more towards judging them as pros.
Rio was robbed so bad for the 2nd mission like- how did she get lower than ayaka?? How was she 8th place like-????? Nothing is adding up & im still & will forever be mad about it .
Lol same. I'm fine with her team winning for team mission but the individual ranking??? I'm really sorry, i still can't erase the off-key and robotic singing.
@Tragic i think its bcz JYP isnt rank them base on their skills, but he is looking for a new side from each of them, and how much they've been growth. For example, Miihi, we all know that Miihi is have a 'almost-perfect-skills' especially on the 1st missiom when she performed Nobody. But then, she get a lower rank after that. Its bcz she didnt show a new side of her, like.. she's good and yea she's kept shoq a good perform in every stage, but still the same, she's didnt show a new side of her. I'm not trying to bash or comparing anyone here, but look at Ayaka's performance fr the 1st mission, she kept showing a different side and a shes tottaly showing a very much growing. On the 1st mission she show us a innocent girl like she is, but shes still lacking on her skills, on the 2nd mission she show us the cute side of her, then on rhe 3rd mission she kept growing and show a new side that everyone cant expect, is a masculin side (?) Like a more tough side of Ayaka. Then in the last mission she really put a high efforts on her stage. So maybe Rio rank lower in the 1st is just bcz ayaka show more growth then before, and showing a new side of her, beside that we know that Rio is have a girl crush concept (?) Or somethin like that, thay rlly fit the Swing Baby concept. Yea, thats it :v, dont be rude i just showing my opinion :D, support the gurls

@@Frozzter Yes, Nina did very well, but compared to the others, they showed surprising growth, but well after all JYP's decision is based on years of career as a singer, he has the experience of his own, compared to us who are simply amateurs :)

JYP ranked Nina low every single time, her ICY stage was perfect, she was dancing really good and improved so much, the vocals we don't need to talk about because is perfect everytime. But JYP ranked her 8... WTF?

Ranked her as 9 actually. I think just for pressure, we obviously know how talented is she. If he did not want her he would reduce NiziU to 8 members (In Nizi Project said he didnt plan to have a certain number of members, so he could debut 5 or 12 too). I think she is in NiziU for a very special reasons and her vocals MUST be one of those.

I think Mako is much more suited tbh, she's experienced and also you could see JYP already considered her the leader of the group since the program began..
Jyp choose also Mako because of her skills and being a good leader in every she handle group. That's why JYP choose Mako for being a leader That's why Maya loves her so much :> Maya also choose Mako from the start and choose Mako as being her bestfriend 😁

let's remember that ranking is not all about what we see on stage. They also have personality or character ranking.
