One of my local Wal Marts finally got these in. I picked up the turtles. May eventually get the foot soldiers. I didnt see a Keno foot soldier set, so I may have to go back for that.
You also have to keep checking back for whatever reason Walmart tends to discount heavily on the NECA action figures randomly. I picked up a Raphael Frankenstein’s monster for only $18.0 at a Walmart here in Ohio However no of the other were discounted and happens with many different genres. Also just like in this video they are scattered throughout the entertainment section. In my 2 local stores they were in 3 or 4 different locations.
Checked out my local Walmart 3 days this week and nothing. Still had the same Hamoto Yoshi and Oroku Saki that's been collecting dust. I scouted around the section to see if they were shelved somewhere else and still nothing

Very you really have to look around the whole Entertainment section, because Ive seen them in different spots as well.
