Great review rev, looks a great bike, pity eclipse isn't near Bolton or I'd part chop my boon mobile gz in for it, I'd be tempted to put my own logo or number over the 278.
😁😁👍👍👍👍👍
Wow. Another great review of a cracking 125. Thanks for posting this RB.
Thanks mate
Hi RB, lovely little bike, how does the road handling compare to the twin shock version?
@@Lander76 handles a lot better
Nice looking bike mate, thanks for the review 🤠
Thanks buddy, welcome
I've had one of these new model scramblers since they were released a couple months ago as my commuter (via back-roads not the motorway), done just under 2k miles on them. Very enjoyable bike, handles bad terrain very nicely (been able to sail over a friends pebble/gravel drive with ease where one of my mates bikes went down almost immediately), the high seating position is also wonderful. For a 125 I would say the bike is on the slightly heavier side to wheel about because of all the metal fenders etc and you feel the higher centre of mass more but when riding its very responsive. I went to wheel a lexmoto zsb after wheeling mine and almost tipped the thing over because I expected more weight bringing it off of its stand. There are a couple small negatives, the bike will not happily do 60, I've only got to 60 on one while going very downhill and even then I slightly entered redline, I only weigh 60kg (around 9-10 stone) so I'm not exactly heavy but the bike will perform around the 50 to mid 50s mark comfortably so you probably won't be taking it on motorways as it does feel too slow to be on there BUT this bike is built for country roads & it handles them well but lets face it, country roads are more fun! If you plan to use the bike for a long motorway journeys stay away, if you want to take your bike down B roads and any other country/back road then its perfect. While I absolutely adore the metal badges on the side of the petrol tank, one of mine did come off and I suspect its as a result of the odd drop of petrol spilling onto my fuel tank when filling up and trickling down and eating away its adhesive, so do be aware of that when filling up and try to wipe it away before it reaches it. Either that or someone decided to steal one from me. Sadly Quadzilla/WK bikes don't sell the badges separately as replacements so if you are desperate for one back you would need to order an entire new tank which is costly. Outside of those issues (if you could really call them that) I highly recommend this bike. I had someone even asking where I got my exhaust from, it blew their mind finding out it was stock and not a mod I'd done!
@zoeywyllie1411 glad your enjoying it
Thanks for the comments ride safe out there
Hi Zoe, Thanks for the great review! We really appreciate it and will pass the pointers on to the factory. Happy cruising and enjoy the weekend!

Hey where would you put a l plate on the back as I got the rss and it cover the reflector and flap around and it’s so rattling
Hard l plate mounted to bottom of number plate and sticky reflector mounted on number plate
@@RevBombUK ok I have a look at that I was looking to see if they have any tail tidy for the rss but don’t look like they was doing some reading and some people saying just cut that part off the tail and would stop the rattling but being a new bike i did not want to cut stuff haha
@@RevBombUK sorry for all the questions do you know if the number plate mount for the rss street would fit the rss scrambler as is a low one comes off the frame not the seat
