So far this video has made me realize that one of the reasons I hated rest days is that decreased calorie output meant I got to eat less food

Hey I've had very similar stuggles but with the sport of professional MMA. I also lost 200 pounds before starting and falling in love with my sport. Been under weight, over weight, bullmic, lean, ripped, frail, and morbidly obese all before. Now, finally I been healthy. 🙂 Very enlightening vidoe and really enjoy your channel. Its refreshing to see binge eating disorder getting some light as I feel like its extremely common.

Hmm, yes, I cringe at some of the mental gymnastics that a few prominent runners do to justify their eating and training. I know some of them probably don't see it because they're so deep in it, but some must realize that they do have a platform and an audience and they are demonstrating behaviors that aren't healthy.
