Clubbed to Death inspired me in every way of my life, and in my creative works, in writing, in video editing, imagination. That song creates a mood, that always helps me thinking, being creative, or just ... simply HELPS ME. Been searched for more of ur works since years, looked for u, as a man, it was hard to find information, but finally i got there. Keep up the Great Work, and thank u!
Doing a huge business presentation right now and i needed a focused minset, when i need that extra battery i always end up here in youtube for some rob dougan songs and just now i found this! I have a new energy pack! Gotta love his work! Glad to see that im not the only one :D

I've listened to rob dougan more than 15,000+times since 2010 until now without counting the fact that i listen 5-15musics at same time and syncronize them for electricity just with a 0,02 sec difference or simply better sound all at same time and remix musics with so many things of matrix/different versions.. 2014/2015 especially listening to it like 8+hours a day the long version = 7min..so atleast 8 times in one hour. Clubed2death. I've thought about it dreamed bout it imagined it so much and use it on my marathons and despite electricity being more motivation for us than.. the instruments in rob D, they're pretty electric themselves, nearly Best in my scales but they usually win even if not best, coz theres many instruments and put together, wit ha super good timing and rhytm.. I can only improve by adding more sounds at the same time but it's like overall a perfect I'm just adding minor detials-dePENDS on forwhat un eed it in life-like Motivation or relax.. the original is a combination of both..GO GO rOB Dougan ILl conTINEu USUing USING u vfOREVER! - I got more motivation to wear white dresses coz of the way he runs with white in the matrix, black or green socks with the long green pants.. Singlet(t shirt with no sleeves.. or he wears sleeves in the matrix buts mall ones).. the super fast speed.. technique of running maybe, though going downhill it changes a bit maybe thats the only thing they missed but doesn't really matter u can make it of ur own, standard=linear runing anyway..and quickly super fast getting up n continuing to run. I've written stories about it in my final exams after school with Chris Benoit wrestler and Rob Dougan.. cool themes/people entertaining..
This dude created the music we are hearing/and or heard in almost every Cyberpunk genre, Clubbed to Death was perfection.

There's something special about your songs. I don't know what, but they are simply so "stimulating". When you listen to them, you get put in this sort of "trance". I probably don't even want to know for how many *weeks* I have in total listened to your works whilst doing schoolwork, homework, taking the bus, playing video games and even sleeping.
I have only one thing to say; thank you, Mr Dougan, for sharing your pure brilliance with the world.

This is like a theme for an unsung hero, and I'm here for it. To all the unsung heroes!
Last week, a certain song from the nineties popped into my head. I couldn't remember its title nor the name of the artist. I dragged out all my old CDs and went through them hoping to find the album and recognise it. This morning I awoke with a furious headache and it struck me....Furious Angels. I've now discovered that you have returned. Beautiful and haunting music.
Rob, days after I rediscovered you and posted the above comment, my partner and I received news that turned our lives upside down. While she fought for her life, I used your music to keep me strong or at least less weak than I could have become. Every night ended with A Drawing Drawn of Blinds and now, with her in partial remission, I am making my Return. To the life that meant so much to me and to the dreams that I feared that I would have to bury. The Return is my theme tune. You'll never know (despite me telling you now) how much your music helped. Thank you

I'd surely expect to see Rob Dougan's tunes as a soundtrack to new films. I think his music would fit e.g. Christopher Nolan's films very well.

Oh my gosh, this is heaven to my ears!! I remember many years ago during my undergrad, walking home from the train station in the cold hours of the night with your music playing through my headphones; I felt electric, I felt invincible.

I was 20/21 when I bought the album after hearing Furious Angels.....it was like hearing Gorecki by Lamb the first time.....stunning. I’m so glad I can hear/see Rob’s stuff on here - with all the crap music of today he’s in a league of his own. I live in the Scottish highlands and on stormy days his music makes it feel like you’re all alone in the world with this precious music throbbing away!

I still remember how 21 year ago I watched "The Matrix" on VHS. When Rob's music kicked in in that "Woman in red" scene, I had to rewind it several times just to listen to it. This is when I was hooked. Than after sometime I was able to find soundtrack and enjoy it fully. I still keep coming back to Rob's music again and again. He's one of the best musicians of the recent decades.
Seriously. Same story...When Frescobaldi's came out, I think I listened to the track 10K times...it's only recently I realized the Return is equally as powerful.
Furious Angels is still his Mona Lisa...I'm not Driving Anymore still sounds like it came from the latest John Wick installment.

Dearest Mr Rob Dougan. Music is there for me in rough and pleasant times, but it is there. Always. Therefore I adore when a certain kind (not usual) type of music moves me. From Bela Bartok to Aphex Twin, I have an eclectic taste, but there are very few who move me and really make a difference in Creativity. I have been waiting/wishing for something new for a great number of years. God bless for stil being there ;)

Rob Dougan! Holy crap your music is amazing!!! I just discovered the furious angels album. Never knew the origins of that amazing music in the Matrix, my favorite movie. And now there's more! incredible. I love the deep, dark, power of this music. There is a current which is almost angry, but not quite that ... also noble and beautiful. Gothic? Maybe there is a little beast in me that likes it. Maybe I'm not the only one. But what absolutely made the first album, in my opinion, is the last track, "one and the same," which is redemptive, a silver lining, a daybreak from a hurricane. Like nothing else I've ever heard. My new favorite.

I remember vividly visiting Paris, picking up The Matrix soundtrack and listening to "Clubbed to Death" on loop as I walked the city. Even had Rob's "Instrumental" play at my wedding. His work is certainly the soundtrack of my life.
