Why didn't you use the velocity tab during calibration?

Completing the Velocity calibration on the X3 instrument during setup is not mandatory to have a compliant setup. Velocity is a material’s property and can be measured with other means. One of the most reliable methods is to measure the material’s velocity using a 0° shear wave transducer and to use a known thickness that has been measured accurately with a caliper.
