- Replacing two more bad cells in this 48v package unfortunately now 5 cells has been replaced the symptoms of those cells are loss of capacity up to 50% and violent expansion package age is only 6 months with 50-60 partial cycles ambient temperature around the package was 15-34C.

عاشت ايدك و حلوه المعلومات الي تقدمها و البزونة محلية الفيديو, اني ناوي اشتغل منظومة منا و رايح ابلش اجمع بيها شوية شوية و عالاغلب راح اسويها ليثيوم اوكسيد التيتانيوم , حسب خبرتي بمجال صيانة الموبايل ان البطارية عندما تنفخ مثلما موضحة بالفيديو ترجع لاحد الاسباب اهم سبب هو الجودة و الاخر درجة الحرارة( بالنسبة للبطارية) تاثيرها جدا قوي و بالعادة الي كان يجيني منفوخة بطاريته ناسي موبايله على دشبول السيارة لفترة و الجو حار و شمس مباشرة و ضمنها كانت اجهزة ايفون حديثة اي بطاريات ذات جودة عالية تعتبر... و السبب الاخر هو مواصفات البطارية عند الشحن من فولت و امبير طبعا الربط بين الموبايل و البطاريات باعتبار كلها ليثيوم بغض النظر عن اختلاف نوع العناصر الاخرى المضافة لليثيوم و كذلك اني اثرثر ماعرف شنو السبب باعتبارك استاذنا و اني اتعلم منك حاليا و اكيد عندك علم عن الي تحدثت بي.

المفروض تتبدل كامل الخلايا ...مابصير تحط جديد مع القديم ...
عادي جدا هاي مو رصاص اذا تشوف السيارات الكهربائية عند صيانة بطارياتها يستبدلون الخلية التالفة فقط
@@HybridShedIraq اخي بتختلف المقاومة الداخلية للبطاريات الجديدة عن القديمة وعدد دورات الشحن والعمر الافتراضي وبعد فترة بيضعف اداء البطارية وبدك ترجع تبدل خلايا

الخلية الواحدة 3.2 فولت ومجموعة الخلايا ٥١ فولت مو خطرة لكن اذا سويت شورت خطر جدا. الله يسلمك ويحفظك.
Hi friend! Unfortunately i don't understand your language, maybe you spoke it in video, i have questions. Which cells used in your battery? Which brand? Have you assembled it yourself or it factory assembled? Where is a qr code on the cells? Can you read it?
Hi dear, the cells are REPT 280ah. Yes, the qr is working, and the production date was 6 months earlier it was locally assembled now after replacing 5 cells no issues so far.
@HybridShedIraq Thanks a lot for your response friend! I have not to much experience with REPT cells, but all of them works well in everyday cycle mode, more than year, about 300 cycles now. Hope it will work continuously. Wish you good luck and peace!

اريد استخدمها بدون الواح شمسية
كل بطارية ممكن تشحنها خلال ٣ الى ٤ ساعات والامبير مالتك للشحن يعتمد على سحبك يعني شكد تسحب منها شكد تشحنها مثلا تسحب ١٥ تشحن ١٥
واذا الفولتية ضعيفة يصعد الشحن لل ٢٠ امبير

والله اني هم مثلك وصاحب الشركة الجهزته منه هم انصدم لكن بدلوها وارسلولي الخلايا مجانا كون مكانه بالنجف بعيد عني ارسلي فني بدل اول ٣ خلايا بعدين ارسلي خليتين اضافية توصيل. احتمال لان الخلايا من شركة REPT بعدهم جديدين وعدهم بعض اخطاء التصنيع.
اخي حسب خبرتك ممكن انشغل مصعد 10 احصنة على هذه البطارية بدون ما تتاثر البطارية وشكرا
البطارية مخصصة انو تتفرغ وتملئ خلال ساعتين حمل ١٠ احصنة نقول 8000 واط يعني ضمن الحدود العليا 155 امبير dc يفضل تخلي بطاريتين توازي حتى تتحمل الحمل اللحضي للتشغيل اللي ممكن يكون ضعف الحمل المستمر.

رجعتها للمجهز وانطاني بدالها الكود يضهر انها ريبت انتاج شهر ٦ ٢٠٢٢ لكن شفت فديو لشخص الماني يقول انه يوجد باركود مخفي تحت الملصق العلوي هذا ماعندي علم عنه.
@@HybridShedIraq نحنا في سوريا عنا بطارية اسمها ساكوا 300 على كلام الوكيل انها خلايا repet طالبنا الوكيل بفتح البطارية و مشاهدت الكود الخلايا رفض وحقها غالي ما يعادل 3500 و خايفين نشتري لان ما في كفالة حقيقية

يفضل تشتري خلايا EVE وانت تركبها لان احتمال كبير ساكو مايستعملون خلايا جيدة مثل ماواجهتني مشاكل بالانفيرتر ساكو اذا تشوف بالفيديوات ما انصح بهاي الشركة. خلايا ايفي اثبتت جدارتها عندي خلايا 105 تاريخ انتاجهن قبل اكثر من ٤ سنوات وحاليا تنطي 93 امبير ساعة موجود فيديو فحص السعة.

خلل مصنعي على الاغلب لان اقصى فولتية شاحنها بيها ٥٤.٦ وكانت الفترة اغلبها ربيع بدون استعمال

My cells are not bloated. It seems to me that if you have a problem with the charge, I don't think it's the accus' fault. Measure the charging voltage of each individual battery very carefully and set the maximum charge per cell to 3.5v. Very important, you didn't compress the cells! This is also very bad because you give the cells the opportunity to expand. This doesn't happen immediately, but gradually.
See my videos of battery construction. If you don't press the batteries, the next ones will soon be broken!

Hello friend, welcome. Actually, I didn't charge the battery to higher than 54.6. I didn't use the battery much for 3 months it was at float state. Once I start discharging the battery deeply, those cells voltage would trigger bms low cell voltage disconnect at 50% capacity, then I tried to top balance at high voltage, and you can see this post. diysolarforum.com/threads/blosted-lifepo4cells.74297/#post-941370
Cells were supposed to be produced in June 2022. I received my package in Feb 2023.
Regarding compression, yes, the package was not compressed, but it was under very high compression because of those expanded cells that led to the other 2 cells going bad expanded just after we opened the package. So total replaced cells are 5 now. Maybe the cells experienced high internal temp once or twice at 40-45c.

If you have only used the battery packs very little, then they are probably fully charged in the box.
This is bad for the cells, LIFEPO4 have to work.
If left standing for a long time, they should have between 30-50% charge, no more!
It's certainly possible that one cell is defective, but you say 5 cells in 6 months.
LIFEPO4 cells inflate when they are overloaded and when they are not compressed enough!

Unfortunately I can't understand your language.
Please believe me, check each cell with the multimeter to see how high the voltage is, maybe your BMS has a defect. Each cell can only have 3.6v voltage.
It must be a loading problem.
Buy a Dali BMS, it costs less than a defective battery, then rebuild the battery housing.
4pcs. M10 threaded rods.
Very important, the BMS must be set correctly!
Just setting the charging voltage from the inverter is not enough.

@Granitpeter_1 Thanks, dear. Yes, I did check the voltages of the bms for each cell it was 10 mv off, so i changed the charge disconnect to 3.6 and discharge disconnect at 2.7 . I have other 2 packs sitting beside this one that are now almost 3 years old with no problems. I was checking the bms regularly, with no history of overvoltage. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one inverter last week, shorting another one and two bms's. Now I am left with only one bms, the ANT with a 5kw pack. The bms was saved with a small 63a circuit breaker, and I will do another structure for the batteries and more protectections breakers.
We have utility issues I am confused with the Grid neutral and the inverter output neutral. 😐 I do have ground and the utility use ground neutral bond at the transformer. But I suspect the voltronic clone SAKO for being the cause of the issue and shorted...
@Granitpeter_1 You can check this out how I paralleled 3 new cells with 3 bad ones, and I found that there are other two are bad too.

كل شي اله عمر لكن ذني الخلايا كان بيهن مشكلة لان عندي باكج ال ١٠٥ امبير عمره سنتين ونص وهذه تم تبديلها على الضمان.

لا مو شرط عندي بطارية عمرها اكثر من 4 سنوات ليثيوم لحد الان تنطي 93% من قدرتها لكن نكون واضحين انه خلايا ايفي افضل تصنيع من غير شركات وقليل بيها عيوب مصنعية.
