It can , but you should try some muriatic acid to get a better etch , at least 27% hydrochloric acid not the home Depot swimming pool stuff , fill a 5 gallon bucket with water about half way , add about 1/3 of acid to it , mist area with hose and nozzle , make sure you put water wherever acid or water is going to flow pre applying acid because it might stain area that isn't being worked on , use a small cup and pour on concrete and work it with a push broom back and forth then rinse with hose .. also make sure the acid starts to bubble or react when you apply on concrete as shown on this video , if it does not you may need to add more acid, good luck 👍
I'm on a 4k sf restoration job now, I have been there 4 days cleaning sealer off the driveway.. I charged 2 dollars per square foot and I underbid this job. If I would have to rebid it I would charge no less than 4-5 dollars a sf..
Great video
Does E-Etch make a slippery surface less slippery?

What about the pointing in slabs pressure washing takes a lot of the concrete pointing any advice ?
I get the impression this is not a good process to do on a patio where there are pets that will be roaming around the area after cleaning, right?
Oh look, it’s Gregg Abbot.
