I think that atlas is a huge step in the right direction for hypixel and it definetly shows that they do care about the pvp half of their server, not to mention how much strain this would take off of mods
Yes and no. It's a way for legit and more cheaters to get banned.
skywarsisbad How so? The players dont decide if they get banned. They decide if they should get on a SPECIALIZED list for cheaters, where then the mods have the final verdict.

@@cerxo8683 The ATLAS system has requirements where you have to be experienced in the gamemode you are reviewing, and you must be mvp. Therefore, it further limits the possibilities of false bans. Even if there are trollers who will falsely vote a report, their opinions will matter less and even then, the mods may be shit at their jobs sometimes, but they aren't stupid, and know what is a cheater.

If they loot chest supa fast and put on armour immediately:
If they fly
If they scaffold

About the people teleporting randomly, I’m pretty sure it’s just a visual glitch with the replay and atlas system
yeah, as someone who blatant cheats there is no module that tps like that. tp takes a few seconds to tp, you cant just insta tp.
Iv experienced this a lot with other people due to server lag where everyone just seems to teleport everywhere

Wow this is actually pretty cool. I’m glad Hypixel is trying to help the cheater problem in some games. Maybe they’ll expand this system to UHC and The Pit sometime in the future.

i feel skywars has a lot more blatant cheaters while bedwars has more closet cheaters
I was looking around in bedwars and there was a guy who I think he was reaching cuz he hit someone from 4 blocks away in 1 direction and 2 blocks in the other so I had to do some math to realize he was doing 4.4 reach so therefore he hack

Quick tip: when you see someone besides the suspect hacking, just click on them and click the anvil, and it will report them also. At
8:55, you only reported the suspect, not the other hacker.

Note that in ranked most people have speed and there is a glitch with atlas/ replay that shows people with speed having insane reach. Strobes also mentioned this in one of his videos so just FYI.

I swear all the atlas videos are short and this one is the first one that isn't and is also entertaining
5 tips for people using atlas:
1. When someone's kb is sus, don't immediately assume that they're cheating, because speed and fast clicking methods can reduce kb. Sometimes lag as well.
2. Little head jerks sometimes can give people away, and make sure to look for them.
3. The replay system isn't perfect, so sometimes there can be some lag with player movements
4. Some players might just be good at the game, like specular, so don't be so quick to assume
yea i determined that most of the players with sketchy hits were legit, the only one i didnt do that for is the one 3:00
keep in mind this was actually the 2nd time i've ever used atlas so i'm pretty new to it aswell, but ty for the tips
