Love the black canvasses and this painting is brilliant 👏 thank you for your enthusiasm and time explaining each step for a beginner like me its so helpful.
You are a very talented artist and I have been inspired greatly by your work. A question though. Can I substitute ivory black for mars black for mix number one? I assume midnight black is too similar to the blue or dark purple to work. Thank you.
Another great painting! Really enjoy you and your work.

Awesome painting, awesome channel…. Thanks Mike
Any chance a Florida evening sunset on a black canvas could be in the works?
Sounds awesome, in the works
Hey Mike. This is the 3rd painting of yours that I did. I absolutely love it. You're a great instructor. Is there any way to show you the pictures?
Indeed, send your work over to mikesfanbrush@gmail.com

Thank you I do appreciate it. You can substitute ivory black, it still has more of a charcoal then midnight. Happy Painting
