    Would love to hear what you have to say about the timing of bringing the hips forward/ kicking for lache pre's at different heights.

    Would you use the same release for a lache pre that's:
    - lower than the bar
    - level with the bar
    - higher than the bar

    What about the end phase of the backswing? Do you bring the hips up behind, to get them level with shoulders (and feet) or keep more of a loose arch in the back at the end of the backswing?

    yooo kie!! would love to see something about strengthening ankels? its something i struggle with a bit. but not sure how to go about getting them stonger to take impact? loving the tutorials !

      It's technically the exact same just with the difference that you concentrate on landing with your feet instead of grabbin a bar

    Yes but is there a technique to do the first step and pair it with letting go and going over the other rail that you would lache onto and leaning on either an other rail or on the ground?

    In my classes I recommend to the beginners to use a secure grip with the thumbs forward. Do you think that it could be a problem for a good thrust?
