and, btw, my pet theory is that (for an intermediate paddler) the 2nd half of a reverse (discount the slow time paddling out of the bay without runs) will be quicker on average than a regular MR 2nd half. (But since I dont use a device I dont have any data to back that up)
@@ForbesRichard I had a quick look at my lap times for reverse Miller's and it km #7 seems to be the quickest...so I agree that 2nd half is probably quicker.

Nice one, reverse Miller's runs are usually easier to catch than the standard Miller's in my opinion.
Agreed Dave, although these were not the clean runs that I am used to on a reverse.
