Rome is a city important for culture and art but in my opinion is too caotic and disorganized. For a girl gorgeous and elegant like you I think better Venice or Firenze and Siena in wonderful Toscana. Even if Milano, that's my city, now is very modern centre and perfect for young tourist as you are.
