Seo Taiji is a pretty good guitarist. He was good in Sinawe and a he was in a few other bands before that. Taiji still plays guitar from what I know I saw a special on him during the 7th issue and he was playing. He started off playing guitar and that was before he was 14 so I'm pretty sure he is better than Ha Sebin from EVE. I'm pretty sure there are others that are better though.
Listen to his 5th(Take album) and 6th 7th Especially 5th, he played every instruments himself except for drumming which he programmed. I heard he did them at home. Just listen.
Actually there is what you call market value in music which means that people will buy ehatever song they like, now what the public likes might not be perfect but in the end if no one likes your music then sorry to say but your music has no or little value
O.K. I haven't really listened to Eve. although I don't like their songs much the person you talked may be a real good player. Taiji may not be the best guitar player but I definitely think he is really good. I'm a little hyper cause I got the remastered album yesterday. Btw, i love the new remake of class idea kkkk

Like EVE's guitarist, for example. Or Cloud 9's. Just to name a few~ There's also this dude that recorded some cover/improvs off of a bunch of X Japan songs. Anyway, there are a lot of great guitarists everywhere, haha.
We're talking about skill on the guitar, not money and fame. And who cares about that? There are so many shitty pop stars that make more money than Seo Taiji worldwide, does that mean they're better?
