Honestly, I use RENKO ON TOS set at ATR to find supply and demand zones on SPY. Do not set the brick size! Let ATR represent the market. Works fantastic. If I could show a picture here, I would.

I've subscribed to your channel, and hope to take your course soon. Just a question if I may. Are you saying that we should set up supply and demand zones off the larger time frames like daily or weakly then trade off the smaller time frames like 4h or 1h, because the zone then provides sufficient resistance or support and makes the price action more predictable? If so, what do you recommend as the best time frame for a beginner to set up supply and demand levels off, daily or weekly, and what would be the best corresponding time frame to trade off. Thanking you in advance.
it depends on the timeframe seqience but yes, you always want to start on the HTF. You can use many other technical analysis to help with this.
There is no "best timeframe sequence" everyone is different depending on their style of trading so find what works best for you.
I mentioned it in the video but I recommend the following:
Monthly-daily
Weekly-4hr/2hr
Daily-1hr/30minute
4hr-15/5min
1hr-5/1min.

Which timeframe would you focus on if you had 30min to an hour a day to look at charts and working fulltime - something like the W/4h or D/1h?
I would not suggest getting into training if you only have 30 minutes a day. You need at least 1 hour. Ideally then I would recommend a combination of both.. there is no magic timeframe sequence so I would use a combination of Weekly & Daily as my HTF and 4hr or 1hr/30min as my ETF.

information is free but implementation and coaching is where the real growth will happen. Think about it like this...
Anyone who wants to lose weight can watch a couple of videos, work out, and go on a diet but the people who get a health and fitness coach tend to take it a lot more seriously and get better results because they work directly with the trainer. The same is true for trading.
My videos alone if implemented properly will get the trader to be consistently profitable but the reason people join the program is not to learn more about the strategy but to have the proper coaching and learn how to properly implement the strategy itself where I can help them 1on1 directly.
Traders in the MBT program will have everything on the strategy in the E-book and course videos, but will also work directly with me 1on1, discord daily chit-chat, homework marked by myself, coaching calls, and learn how to truly implement the strategy.
That's the real difference.

Do you incorporate COT & contract expirations?

Nice video I'm using supply and demand it's pretty strategy and I baketest it and I have good win rate but what can I do about this thing that I want to learn another strategy even though I have one and it's pretty good
been trading this strategy for over 8 years and personally not interested in learning another strat. Theres a lot of in-depth theroy and skill that can be develoved over years and years of trading and understand the price action behind it. You can always add and play off this trading strategy.
Hey Austin, what if i don't have luxury time to wait for confirmation? Is it good to just put a limit order in those zones?
I personally do not recommend setting and forgetting at these HTF zones. I've not had much success just trading these zones straight up. If so I would recommend combining other technical analysis.

1) Trading should be "dull" there should be nothing exciting about it as that's when your emotions spike which typically leads to emotional trading.
2) I think every trader starts their trading journey with a "white background" but it slowly gets darker and darker as the trader spends thousands of hours looking at the screen to help see the charts more clearly and with less strain on the eyes.
Sometimes i look back and i ask my self if iam trading the markets or my opinion (strategy)

The discord is separate from the course material. A lot of time is required from myself through an ongoing coaching experience so traders must have access to that coaching side for a proper implementation plan. I would love to work with you man and it's good to see you see the value in an actual coaching plan and not think a set of course videos will make a trader profitable.

My observation is that WHEN horizontal trend line drawn on longer time frame 4H,may also be exactly SAME LEVELS trend lines on shorter time frame eg 1H, 15 M-- THAT LEVEL trend line has lot more RELIABILITY than trend line which shows up only on one time frame.We know markets are fractal & pattrens repeat on different TIME SCALES/MAGNIFICATIONS(Look at cauliflower).Horrizontal trend lines carry more weight than angled trend lines.Please comment with your wisdom.
debatable for sure but I think you have a valid point here regarding when the ML's stack on top of one another regarding multiple timeframes/ HTFs.

Can you explain the 50% candlesticks a little more? Are you saying the total of the wicks should be less than 50% of the total body or that the total of the wicks should be less than 50% of the whole candle?
The open and close of the candle is less than 50% of the total movement.

Why on some supply and demand strategies we use fibonacci retracement and then it dips to one of the zones and then go up. It never come down to the demand zone.
Sometimes price just does not return. It's the game of waiting for pullbacks for those types of traders.

you classes are nice for someone who knows a lot about trading but telling someone to move your stop losses above is not something i will recommend that can make people greedy and blew up their accounts quickly
"move your stop losses above what?" When selling you always will have an SL above and when buying you will always need to have the SL below. I need a bit more context to this so maybe I can share a bit more.
I trade forex options with quotex,can I still apply this concept of supply and demand on much lower time frames like 5sec.
Never used 5-second charts. still great for tick charts and small timeframe charts.
What advice would you give someone that use 15mins chart as the higher time frame and 1min chart for entry?
I think that's fine but I would consdier maybe using the 1hr or the lowest 30 minute as the HTF. That + I wold also recommend the trader looking into futures trading becuase of the tighter spreads and comissions. @@otisiawosley9547

Dear bro, I need to know when to draw the Demand Area I.e to draw the zones once market is over today and I need to trade the next day.
Dear bro, step no.1 we have marked the demand zone in 1 hr higher time frame.
2) then we go into the smaller time frame say 5 minutes or 1 minute.
3) wait for the price to come into the higher time frame demand zone and take a bend
4) then confirm it has broken.the trendline and crossed the opposing high
5) wait for the price to come back and retrace to the upward direction.
Kindly correct me if my understanding is not right.
