While calculating pH, you should have included H+ ions conc. also. Because in 0.1N HCl solution, there are water molecules which also dissociates to give H+ ions with 10-7 N conc. Actual H+ ion conc. would be [H+ ] = 10-1 + 10-7. From this H+ ion conc. we have to calculate final pH.
