Ok so this is what the second ability does. you will get a "wish" every 30 seconds, completely random. The possible wishes are: 1. Heal 1 B HP 2. Give 1 M cash 3. Rewind 45 seconds 4. Do a 5x buff to all units in range for 30 seconds 5. Do a nuke that does the amount of damage of the units in range 50x (just like goku SR+ but multiplied by 50) All wishes come in a random order and can repeat themselves.
From what I saw somewhat, I'm guessing Belial seems to just be the Random passive but probably for abilities, so he just starts popping random abilities every 30 sec for 2 minutes straight

@@sickdinodemon8714actually no🤓, bc its 1% of the currente max hp on each second, so there will be many of decimals, its gonna be pretty close to half, but not exactly the half like from 100m ➡ 53.6m maybe

Eg: Exactly 1 094 434.23422 HP, 1% of it should be 10944.3423422 up to 50 times so it's equal to 50% HP delete. In cases if there is even an infinite decimal like pi which I don't think it would likely to happen, I don't know. Even if somehow there is, there should be an approximate value which you've said to be true You are definitely wrong when you said 50% of 100m is 53.6m, approximately 50m is quite understandable though.

I mean he’s not trash, he’s pretty good. But he’s just like a support, he’s like Kurumi but expensive and probably a little worse. remorse u might be a lil slow the first ability nockes them down 50% 1% for 50 second so even if they had 50 hp it would only get them to 25
