My main Instagram keeps giving me a 'refresh error' even when I try to edit my profile literally everything that I manage to click on is a 'refresh error'. When I would log in my screen would be all black and it just said "couldn't refresh feed" . When I clicked on anything it stayed black and got the couldn't refresh feed would keep popping up. Tried force force stop, cache and data cleaning, uninstalled and nothing. Logged in through Google Chrome and i got a pop up. Followed the instructions and recovered my account. Thanks for the help 🙂🙌

If it shows unable to refresh feed for you, you probably gone against a rule, like I did.
The solution is to go to settings then security then access data, you would see a message that says you've violated a rule bla bla bla, click ok, then your account is back to normal.❤️

Guys can anyone help I've been struggling to get on my Instagram account for the last 4 days as it tells me "refresh your feed" and then makes the whole page blank apart from my Profile pic and when I do refresh it.. it doesn't work n its in the same state!! Ppl when some cornball report your account and it gets temporarily banned aka not being able to refresh, go to settings on your Instagram then security and after that press Access data and u should be good!

Didn't work. When i go to terms of use, it says "sorry, we cannot complete your request".
Here's what I did
1st go to incognito mode then search up instagram
2nd log into your acc
3rd its gonna say we've banned your post due to community guidelines
4th leave incognito then go to insta it should work

@@oops4703 bro I fixed my app yesterday . All you have to do is going to settings after you press about then go to terms of use and you will see a blue ok button. Click on it and you restored your account. Sorry for any mistake 🙏

I did the Offload thing, and when I reinstalled it times later, It made the thing even worst because before i was able to see one video but not actually click on it due to it saying that it's not refreshing feed but now it's just a blank screen.
How do you reverse and audio?
The easiest way to reverse is to download a video editing app. I like and use the free app InShot. You can easily reverse on that app
