When did you stop with the acrylic and transition to water-based on this painting? Were you using regular oil paints or waterbased?

I did the whole painting with water mixable oil colour. I quit the acrylic underpainting years ago meanwhile. Just way easier this way, more controlled as you simply have more time to do a proper, blended underpainting.

Dankeschön! It`s oil, actually water mixable oil colour but I solely use linseed oil to thin down the colours.
