One of the most soul-nourishing interviews I have had the privilege to witness -- sending mad love
I had to pause the video to type this!!! I am blown away! I am in a roller coaster of emotions and realisations. Every question and answer is taking me to all the corners of my life. It makes me think of my parents, my childhood, my friends and my husband. I wish each and every person on this planet watches this episode! Btw I was never a Jay Shetty fan, I used to think he does what he does for fame. Now I hv a different perspective for him. And Anas as usual ❤ no words.
I’ve never come across someone who is so intentional with their responses and honestly it has seriously changed the way I view silence and the intentionality of my words.

I am currently in Sudan living and suffering from war. This interview helped me to calm down, look at my losses through a different perspective. This got me tfrom rage and anger to a safe place.
I loved the part when Jay said that his preparing himself so that if one day he lost it all, it will be Ok, it is ok to be forgotten and insignificant...
This lit inside of me as now am trying to learn how to be Ok with the loss of my house and all that i had in thiscwar.
