I dont know what they are thinking with these prices in Jamaica. Even if you have the money this makes no sense. Real estate is now only depending on the greater fool theory and not fundamentals. Someone will buy it I am sure. Hope they will fare well in the upcoming crash because of Evergrande

I notice you didn't show the rediculously steep staircase to get to the unit. Also that place is a full. Gut and redo. Price the owner wants is unreasonable. It should be about 150k less because of the amount of renovations required. It has been on the market for at least 18 months which should tell you its over priced for what it is.
