niladri sir is right i too have read somewhere, that running isnt a great exercise as it puts too much strain on the muscles..... and including it in our daily routine isnt advisable. secondly it doesnt activate most of the muscles .... like when u run ur 10-15 percentage muscles are at work (over burden ) draining most of our energy. physicians prefer squats and other warma up exercise.

Jogging and light runs with 1-2 rest days every week is healthy. Sprinting is not recommended to be practiced regularly.

And there might be numerous reasons for that.
Maybe he is thinks he is an underachiever ( which he is not ) and that he unlike his peers, he is spending time with people younger than his age. And when these kind of thoughts enter someone's mind, they prefer to keep themselves away from everyone, enter into an introspective pit of their own, and wish to be left alone.
I hope this is not the case with him. I really do.
But if it is like that, he needs to know that he is youthful. Unlike other people of his age, who have ruined the physical aspect of their health and their mental peace in the process of running after cash, and have forgotten to live, Niladri is blessed with good health has gotten a wonderful company. Actually running is considered bad cause usse bhook bohot jada lagta hai aur aapka calorie intake increase ho jata hai. Toh total burned calorie se jada calorie add ho jata hai. Fast walking is better calorie burning exercise.

one more things to notice here (about the maggie body builder, forgot his name) that whenever he's speaking he's out of breath because in body building as you exercise you get pump which basically increase and add definition you muscle 1,or half an inch for like 45ish minutes and if u gonna pose as soon after a workout you'll see the best version of yourself so that's what he's doing all the time, and if you look at him normally without pump he'll look shit.
