Our Solar Plexus Chakra, also called “Manipura” is the center of strength, self-esteem, personal power, the power of transformation and many more. When our Solar Plexus Chakra is open and the Manipura Energy flows unhindered, it is responsible for a strong willpower and indestructible self-assurance. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is out of balance or blocked, we feel insecure and out of touch with the wonderful beauty and fire within ourselves. We feel the lack of self-esteem, we feel powerless and unable to take responsibility.
It is therefore vital to open our Manipura or Solar Plexus Chakra to restore balance and let motivation, ambition, power and self-esteem enter ourselves and our lives again.
Yellow - the color of the sun and the color which our Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with - will assist you visually and guide you on your path to confidence and self-esteem.

Why would we want water on our Fire, solar plexus chakra?

Fire helps water to evaporate and rise into the air in order for it to come back down again in the form of rain. Also the chakras are wheels therefore water is just another component in order to help these wheels flow and spin. 💜💜🙏 love and light to you
