2024: I had 4 of these Dollar Tree foam pumpkins, left from who knows when, I decided to tackle this year. I took my stems off and stuck 3 of them into the bottom as legs while I worked on the top bot for painting & decoupaging. I was able to work all the way down the sides and a good part of the bottom. Let that dry (each stage) then removed the feet & did the bottom. I made my own stems from air dry clay and made 1 that was a stack of 3 with the middle having a tulle netting wrap and the top & bottom the napkin print. The 4th one I made with the tulle. I've gotten so many compliments! My paper was napkins with a pretty pinks floral design.
I like the napkins but the pumpkins are not smooth and have a lot of wrinkles. Some people use plastic wrap to go over the napkins once they’re glued on and some use a hot spoon to go over the wrinkles. 👍

Using plastic wrap to press down would give less wrinkles!
Thanks for sharing that tip!
