Try to find songs that fit these personalities. I'm not saying that this isn't good, just an idea.
Anyways, HOLY COW!!! Soundwaves song is in Burnout 3!!! I instantly recognized it! :O Breakdown's song I've heard somewhere, but not sure. :P
Knockout's is sooo gooood! And personally as a Screamer fan I like Knockout but he'll never replace Starscream, the original betrayer.
I like Starscream's song, but I think "I Will Not Bow" is more suiting.
