i'm an ordinary customer, not a VIP; on average i receive a quota bag every 8 months. but because i shop at a flagship store, i have been invited to several store events and workshops, such as mothers day and christmas, and received lovely gifts like floral bouquets, small christmas hampers etc, also invited to the annual private sale. My store treats its regular customers with a lot of sincerity and many of us have a nice time shopping with a dedicated SA over many years.
