CLIP DESCRIPTION:
The Mob concludes their epic flashmob to stop Anderson (Peter Gallagher) from pursuing his development project, which would tear up neighborhoods across Miami.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
An aspiring dancer in Miami befriends an innovative flash-mob dance crew, and helps them to stage a footloose protest in order to save their neighborhood from a greedy developer. Emily (Kathryn McCormick) has always dreamt of becoming a professional dancer. Shortly after moving to Miami, she meets up with Sean (Ryan Guzman) -- the leader of a crew called The Mob that takes the art of dance straight to the streets. Meanwhile, as Emily falls for Sean, a powerful businessman begins plotting to demolish the crew's historic neighborhood to make way for a highly profitable development. Now, with their homes at stake and nothing to lose, Sean, Emily, and The Mob prepare to stage a show that will save their families from getting thrown into the streets.

I love how the Step Up producers/directors always cast *dancers* who can act, instead of actors who can dance. IMO, if they cast actors who can dance we would probably see a ton of body/stunt doubles. 😊
Elizabeth Clothier apart from step up 3, where the Male lead couldn’t dance and was always put at the back to hide it....
@@parissa5911 well it kind of makes sense if you think about it, since he (the character) wasn't really intrested in dancing but more into filming and making videos, he obviously took care of that place for his parents and for all the dancers there, but then at the end he left to pursue his dream finally leaving the place in good hands so I think it was better to cast someone that can just dance but not a dancer.
