Not so small difference for me. The TF has a more modern sound, probably the TOM bridge giving its crispier sound. The 350 is definitly more smokey, darker which I prefer. Tow great classic bebop guitars. Both suit well in your hands. I'd like to hear you with a carved top, which you must have tried over the years. Personally, I like both laminated and carved. Amazing playing as always. They sounded remarkably, and unexpectedly alike to me. If anything I found the Tal to be a bit, but not much, crisper in its attack. The 350, another favorite of mine, was rich and warm, as I had expected. Not different enough to me to choose a favorite. I like them both.
You sound great! To my surprise, the 350 sounds a bit darker and fuller, which I like. Would have expected the guitar with the P90s to be the brighter of the two, but maybe I have that wrong. Or maybe it’s not about the pickups.

To me the TF sounds smoother and more compressed, especially on the lower strings. I could enjoy listening to this comparison all day. Thanks.

The extra fullness of the 350 comes from the extra body depth IMHO
350 get's it.. A better tasting Jazz cocktail..
