Note: In Atelier games most of your damage comes from the offensive items you make using alchemy, you might want to start using em.
That is unfortunately untrue in this game especially on endgame. it might be true for early and midgame though. Endgame equipment crafting is just too op in this atelier title that autoattacks and skills trumps items by a longshot on the endgame.

I like how there is air of distrust with empel and Lila, they are up to something and it makes you wonder if they are just using ryza and the others or they care.

looks like this game in the series doesn't pull punches early in the game, or you just wasn't ready for those fairies yet? But you got through them anyway. I won't lie, they sure made Ryza and Lila...eye catching to say the least. But the Atelier series has always been that way with their female characters, so I wasn't surprised at all. Least their honest about the characters.

I did it first try - guess its luck, but I press the button to upgrade tactics to level 3, and I had the explosive Uni equipted to Ryza's staff and wearing Noble Tunic as the armor - also was level 10 (I think?) when I did it, so maybe your level would help, and I made a better weapon for Tao before going.

I hope it lasts a month tbh. I love taking my time on games.
If its anything like previous games, then rushing the game will get you a very short playtime... but if you take your time to enjoy crafting (imo where atelier game shines) then it can go up pretty high in playtime... ive clocked in over a hundred hours on most atelier games i've played.

Was really torn about getting this game since there is a digital sale in the eshop but now i can definitely say i will pass on this game. It does look nice but not a must buy for me maybe if koei tecmo creates a deeper sale or creates a complete version with all dlc then i will get it otherwise nope.

Big áss, tiny arms. The overall shape of Ryza is weird and unrealistic from the back. The female heroines of the previous games look better. Sophie, Firis, Lulua and Rorona, they all look better.
