i’m so glad i watched this now! i also have bad anxiety and it affects my sleep so much that i’m kinda reliant on melatonin. i’m trying to wean off it, so i recently bought a weighted blanket because one of the benefits is improved sleep due to anxiety & so far it seems to be working! i’ll have to look more into magnesium!
@@brooke_didas i like it so far! i got it from Target, it’s 12 lbs. it doesn’t feel super heavy to me, meaning i can move it around without struggling or feeling like i’m being suffocated. it just feels very snug! it’s been helping me stay asleep and i have been feeling more rested when i wake up and during the day!
I take that same brand of magnesium glycinate!! I also take potassium chloride but that's prescribed, I hope your vitamins help your anxiety! I need to work on getting up earlier, I've been snoozing my alarms too much lately

Yes I take it every morning! Some people prefer to take it at night but I‘be read that it doesn’t really matter as long as your taking it :) it doesn’t make you physically sleepy like a melatonin but just improves the actual quality of when you’re sleep!

U are motivating and an inspiration I have had bad anxiety since I was a teenager I had to dropout of high-school bc of it I have to see my psychiatrist and take meds without it it's bad and debilitating

Magnesium helps prevent migraines and headaches too! I take one pill daily because I'm susceptible to them.
