    Can we just appreciate the type of the videos she makes like the minimalist kind of videos? I've been watching her ever since she was a freshman or a sophomore in college and I've been in love with her videos for that long!!! I really love the way she talks and the way she makes things to be, like everything has this calm vibe.. Love from Greece Brooke 🤍 I hope to see any video of you here in Greece one day hopefully :)

    Magnesium helps prevent migraines and headaches too! I take one pill daily because I'm susceptible to them.

    i’m so glad i watched this now! i also have bad anxiety and it affects my sleep so much that i’m kinda reliant on melatonin. i’m trying to wean off it, so i recently bought a weighted blanket because one of the benefits is improved sleep due to anxiety & so far it seems to be working! i’ll have to look more into magnesium!

      @@brooke_didas i like it so far! i got it from Target, it’s 12 lbs. it doesn’t feel super heavy to me, meaning i can move it around without struggling or feeling like i’m being suffocated. it just feels very snug! it’s been helping me stay asleep and i have been feeling more rested when i wake up and during the day!

    I take that same brand of magnesium glycinate!! I also take potassium chloride but that's prescribed, I hope your vitamins help your anxiety! I need to work on getting up earlier, I've been snoozing my alarms too much lately

      Thank you my love! I also have my days during the week where it’s so hard to get up, doing little things like picking out my outfit before having a plan of what I want to do when I wake up, etc. all really helps me! But some mornings we just need to sleep in a little longer and that’s ok 🤍

    I've heard so many good things about magnesium too! Do you take it in the morning? I guess I always heard you are supposed to take it at night for sleep/relaxation, (but I don't really know) lol. I'm intrigued to try it though! Loved this routine video 💜☺

      Yes I take it every morning! Some people prefer to take it at night but I‘be read that it doesn’t really matter as long as your taking it :) it doesn’t make you physically sleepy like a melatonin but just improves the actual quality of when you’re sleep!

      I actually have, I should really sit down and film a whole video explaining my anxiety story. I would love to share things that have helped me, where I’m at now, and also get to hear all of your stories too. I find it all so comforting knowing it’s something a lot of us have to manage 🤍

    U are motivating and an inspiration I have had bad anxiety since I was a teenager I had to dropout of high-school bc of it I have to see my psychiatrist and take meds without it it's bad and debilitating
