I like seeing him struggle, but doesn't let the questions defeat him. Nice try, Hiro. You've become a real hero with this test, and I hope you achieve what you wish for on this journey.👍
I like his confidence. Many japanese (and people in general) tend to shy away from learning new languages since they worry about sounding bad so always encourage people who are trying to learn a new language.
Nice comment, glad you like it.
It is same symptom happened in Chinese.
i agree
Shy people won't take this test. 🤣
He is a Hiro!
Love this comment
what i learnt: matcha is a religious experience and this guy has been practicing it for 2 years
One thing which is so surprising about hiro is though he is not fluent in English still so confident qnd relax he don't care about his mistakes at all❤
We agree 😌
qnd
for sure, he doesn't)
I find this phrasing to be odd "Give him some areas that he could improve". I personally would use "show" instead because area isnt something you can give away. If you refer to correcting mistakes or improving the imperfection that already exist in the first place, then claiming that you gave it to someone else sounds condescending if not downright incorrect.
It's very likely the person wanted to convey the idea of "give some tips on the areas to improve".
You'll recognise that sometimes, when speaking in an unscripted manner, the human brain doesn't keep up with speech. Lexical slips happen in almost every conversation.
Very cool idea
Thanks
at least he was confident, good luck everyone
Yes.

Hii
He so confident regardless of his enunciation, he did really good
Yes we agree
Thanks a lot to IELTS Daily for the feedback and Hiro for his courage. I can't imagine how difficult it is to speak a foreign language and even more with a video recording. I think I have the same score and I try hard to improve my skills. And yeah, Hiro, well done.
Nice comment. It really is difficult for people to be so brave. Good job Hiro
I’m good at lying so that part 2 Q fit me better. 😂
Is this 5?
Your videos are very practical and beneficial. My English`s completely gotten better since the time I started to watch your videos. Thank you for sharing them
Wonderful.
Hello from Japan🖐️
2:34 in Dazaifu
In fact, Dazaifu is the specific place and so
famous that all of Japanese know where it is. I'm afraid to say it is not 'in the〜' but 'in
Dazaifu'.
Personally, if he afforded to explain where the particular place is, we should have said it is the
local name.
2:45 He said, "in Dazaifu, my home country." Dazaifu is one of Japan's cities, so he probably wanted to say "in Dazaifu, my hometown."
Thanks for explaining
I really like rainy days. The rain connected the sky and ground just like the internet connected you and me 😘
-What’s the first thing when you wake up?
-Open my eyes.
😅😅😅
He said “Dazaifu”, famous city in Japan
Life is never be the same...
Life is changing....
Believe in yourself....

Life will never be the same....
Life is changing....
Believe in yourself
I'm also from Srilanka and happy to help others 😄
At VN they give him band 4.5 to 5
I’m a very undecided person so i definitely gonna pause to think a lot’s special when they ask about common sense i have no clue wtf is common to others
Common sense doesn't need you to think about what is common to others. It's more about what is safe and responsible.
I really enjoyed the conversation. Thanks Mr. Japan
Nice
After watching my English will be destroyed
Don't worry. Always room for improvement
Chris sir, i was joking.
Tomorrow is my first mock test gonna kill it ,but my speaking really just like him..!!!!
Do your best!
I like his confident, thanks very much
I like his Confidence , he is confident
@@Ahmed.aug2006.Thank you very much IELTS Daily
Really nice
I firstly heard his name like Hero 😂
It's pronounced the same ☺️
Thanks to his hardworking, I’m relieved now.
Wonderful
So credit goes to ielts daily thanks cris for providing us multiple samples of speaking
Thanks so much 🙏🏼
I just got my IELTS results and i got an overall band score of 7.5 (L:9 R:8 W:6.5 S:7) just by two weeks prepration and watching your videos were really helpful:) thanks a lot IELTS daily ^•^
That's excellent, great job to you
i wish that will happen to me
Hi where are you from?
@@haileybieber278 trust me it's not that difficult i just spend around half an hour daily and sometimes over an hour lol watching videos related to IELTS and i was able to get 7.5 even though i expected an overall 8 band writing ruined it also i messed up during the speaking session a little bit like amm cause i didn't know what to answer 😭✋ haha well you just gotta prepare in your own way for example in reading you should do a lot of mock test (I'd say do every module once in a single day)which will help you come up with your own strategy and well as for me i also did all the modules everyday except for speaking for which I guess watching series is what helped me and I'm quite able to express my ideas in English without any problem just like my native language:) just don't stress yourself or worry about the test because it'll surely just reduce your attainable score 💀 you gotta relax and do your stuff that's all :)
@@missdoyvk currently at Kerala (southern state of India)
In Uzbekistan for candidates like this man are high likely given 5 pr 4.5
Yes😅
it's common for the japanese to be unable to speak English because they'd rather sustain their native language other than learn foreign languages.Hero actually speaks better and more active than the rest of the Japan in general.on top of that almost 99% of the Japanese are unable to speak and understand English comprehensively and have to go to English speaking countries for courses and universities but in any case, I love watching hero, he's all that adorable 😍
Your advice is better than other UA-camrs!
Proud to be ur student sir ❤️
Lovely! 🌻💜
Gold advice
Thanks
2:44 he said his hometown call “Dazaifu”
Thanks for the explanation
I love you all
Thank you! This video feel normally and commonly with public.
Nice ⭐💙
Gold motivation
Thanks
Hello from Nepal🇳🇵
Can you talk as my English speaking partner with me ?
@@akashsoni111 yeah sure where are you from?
From Nepalgunj and You??
Welcome
I terribly lack confidence though I'm pretty good in Speaking.Help me!!
I really admire Hiro's confidence. In due time I believe he will be a great speaker and can easily get 7-8 Band. Thanks for the great video as always.
What he said which you couldn’t understand was ‘ in Dazaifu’. This is one of cities in Fukuoka Japan
His English level is similar to mine! This video is very useful to me! Thank you!
Welcome
If this test was in nepal he will get 4.5 band
Definitely in Uzbekistan as well
There shouldn’t be any different scores depending on countries or facilities you take the examination.
It's unlikely that he'd score 4.5
Haha how much did u get ?
@@RS-wp7lt i got 6 band . Pretty ok for me . I had done with good fluency but i had grammatical and prouncation mistake
*I don't mean he is not good
I spoke better than this rate in the real test but I ended up getting 5.5
I am sure that my fluency was really good and i used intermediate grammar :)) there were some grammar mistakes tho.
And my answers were neither short nor long. I am just sad.
Yeah, there is a lot of examiners with different character.
Hair always standing up
Good job
It's so lovely seeing his courage..your confident really motivated me Hiro. 2 big thumbs up for you Hiro.
The feedback is really helpful, thank you a lot for this
You're welcome
Today I got my IELTS results and Chris your videos were the main sources when studying. I can not thank you enough. I scored overall 7.5 in my first attempt
L-8.5 R-8.5 W-6.5 S-7 For the people who feel hopeless, you can do it is just an exam do not make a big deal out of it.
Hello Zehra, great score. Congratulations. We are so happy to hear that our videos helped you in your preparations.

i wish i could have confidence like you Hiro.❤
Keep practising 😇
how do i contact the channel and do an online mock test pls ?
hello from Vietnam
Chris, if I'm not mistaken, the th sound exists only in English and Arabic. Just wanted to let you know since you keep saying people who don't have it in their native language, and that'd be a really great number of people as only 2 languages have it lol.
Hello Sahib. /θ/ exists in around 4% of all languages.
Hey Arab,we have this gh* like *ghazali* do you have it?
Mr cris you don't have to interrupt during the vidio. You can explain you idies at the end of vidoi plz
You can watch the whole video without interruptions in the second half
Actually it was mortivative session for whom willing to follow ielts.i like this. And your explaination was excellent.thanks a lot.
Glad you liked it.

Welcome
In my point of view Hiro deserved 4 or 4.5
Lower or more than their score
Helpful video andI like the way he try
Thanks 🙏🏼👍🏼
Nice, he did well, although he has a lot to improve.
Thanks Jashan
I really want to know this type of candidates can surely get 5 band score. Because I have to take IELTS exam in coming week and I am still struggling in speaking. I also have almost same skill like this man and I am afraid of not getting at least 5 band score in speaking. So, I really need to know. Please, IELTS Daily or someone experienced in IELTS Exam answer my question.
can you share with your results?
I wouldn't give him more than 4.5
It's very unlikely he'd score 4.5
@@IELTSDaily 😅😅
No offence but can I call him Hilo?
Hiro is his name ☺️
In here, you said that I and my wife is incorrect. can I use Me and my wife?
My wife and I
He's affected by first language interference. There's little or no paraphrase.
I feel hopeless lately because I am not very confident about my speaking, I have made some course even with BC but different teachers have different opinions about my speaking skills, so I feel kind of lost in my IELTS preparation journey.
2:43-Hiro said something like "In that, I could my home country"😅
Correct me if I am wrong but I could hear that only.
I have many problems with idea genaration and making sentences.how to improve my speaking english?kindly give some suggestions sir
you can start with making ideas in you mother tongue and translate it into English
@@anhlien3197 thank you sir
What's the minimun score to pass the speaking test?
4.5 to 6.0
These are pretty easy questions. To my way of thinking, correcting mistakes are useful for everyone.
Hey, Chris, I've a question for you. Where do you find these IELTS candidates?
İ Think . in most he can not understand hole sentence of each questions his comprehension is very low even below the band 5
How this guy able to score 6 in GRA. He could not even produce simple error free sentences. Even i spoke more than that but unfortunately i got 5.5 in speaking. Although i have scored 8,7.5,6 in LRW respectively i am upset.
He definitely produced simple sentences, but had frequent mistakes - which is band 6.0.
Wow it’s so helpful!!! Thank you so much for the video. I learnt a lot
Thanks Avi.
2:45 it's Japanese city Dazaifu
Do you have any tips on memorizing how to pronounce a certain word? I always seem to forget and then I get less confident. No matter how many times I repeat it i always forget.
Try to link it to words that sound the same and picture in your head
Definitely 5 band not more than it
Please sir help me in English language
Watch all our videos
I think , 4.5 band not more. limited vocabulary and long pauses.
😑i had spoken far better than he is speaking though i had got only 5.5
I think it is 4.5 band speaking
He’s cute
