Saints are like our national heroes, They died in a cause that is for GOD. They are respected only and we Catholic's never worship them. Even the Church didnt allow worship for saints. We are just recognizing their works for God. Iisa lang din ang Diyos namin, Ang Diyos nating lahat. Saints are for intercessions and inspiration. Thank you, God bless us all.

Tama nga ang sabi ng mga priest at nakakalungkot mang isipin maraming taong nakakaalam tungkol sa nilalaman ng bibliya subalit marami din sa mga nakaalam nito ay tanging hangad ay makipagtungalian sa kapwa. Alam ang nilalaman pero hindi alam ang tunay na kahulugan masakit man isipin ganito ang karamihan sa atin. Bakit di na lamag gumawa na lang tayo ng mga bagay kung saan maipapayag natin ang pagmamahal natin sa Ama. For God so love the world that he gave his only. PEACE and god bless us :)

We never kneel 'on' the images of the saints. We kneel because that is the way we pray, a symbol of humility before God. I know that you see always that we, Catholics, kneel 'before' the images of the saints, it doesn't mean that we worship them. If you only set aside all your prejudgments, and lovingly understand the prayers then you will understand why we kneel. To wipe the saints' images is not a sign of idolatry. It is a sign of faith in God that persons behind the images are truly present.

i totally understand. and that is how it suppose to be. nothing more, nothing less. the only thing is other people worship all saints as if they are already god. asking for miracles.

The Church's canonization process is a means of being able to say, "We are certain about this one, having carefully studied how s/he lived."
Canonization is a declaration of one's salvation based on evidence of miracles and sanctity. It simply recognizes what has already happened. The church simply declares that this person is already in heaven. The church does not judge who will go to heaven, purgatory or hell. Only God is the judge.

Thus the saints in heaven offer to God the prayers of the saints on earth.

Brother/Sister, we will pray for you, its not always about money its about faith and faith is something we believe even without evidences. I can't blame you for that kind of thinking, there are really some of us, even the Holy Father admitted that there are bad wolves in the church that is why we are striving really hard in this journey, a journey to know our Lord more and be a blessing to other people. If that is how you view our faith and our church, I am really sorry
