Sourdough Discard Chocolate Chip Cookies have been all the rage in the last year ( in my opinion) and I thought I would try my hand at making some! I have been dabbling in Einkorn as well and LOVE it. My kiddos and husband love these Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies and I hope you will as well!
