Rejection causes that fear of abandonment. They can't believe it when they no longer have power over a person. 💜
I left my narc without a word of warning. I just quietly distanced myself because I just got tired of his crap. I finally reached my limit and haven't looked back..that was 5 months ago.

Just saying “No” to a narc without ill intent behind it is seen as rejection. You can’t win at all with these weirdos because they make the simplest things complicated for no reason. Get out and stay out!!!

I wish I never left my wife . She begged me to move home. Then we linked back up and I almost cancelled the divorce. We went through with it and she still wanted me to move home. Now two months later her business is taking off, she has befriended a famous family . She went from wanting to get remarried to telling me that at 48 she has been married 3 times. She is done. She just wants to have a fun , enjoyable life with no strings attached. She says she can’t forgive me for leaving in the middle of the night. Especially, knowing her dad did that. I left because she was abusing me. But you know we could have worked things out . We were having relations until the end of March on occasion. The one thing I know is she does not sleep around. Will not do one nighters with strangers. We did not sleep together until we were engaged . The fact that twice in the last three weeks we slept in the same bed. There has been nothing . She has been going to Miami a lot for her business and this reggae family lives in Miami , is making me think she may be with someone new. It is killing me. Yes , she was a narcissist, but I love her so much !

If you're just done and have a "quiet" (sort of civilized) breakup, they may act like they accept your decision and wish you well, because any blowup or showing signs of how pathetic they are begging you to stay may just push you further away. Their quiet acceptance may happen whether they have new supply lined up or not. But deep down, they'll still be obsessed and think the door is open. They'll come back around eventually. Narcissists are very patient that way.

My husband rejected me 3 years into the marriage. I tried and tired to make it work. I finally packed up and left due to how badly I was treated and all the 3rd party interference. After leaving it got worse. You would they would move on after they have devalued you.. no. My husband is actively stalking me, BEGGING, manipulating me & Avoiding service of an order of protection. It’s insane. It gets worse when you move on. It’s a turn off.
He's been in hiding since end of September.....

FROM WHAT I CAN SEE, THERE NEVER HAVE BEEN A US. GOOD BYE. LATER LAST NIGHT, HE SENT A WHOLE PARAGRAPH GOING OFF LIKE A TODDLER HAVING A FIT. Rejection torments them. They would rather gnaw their own arms off than be rejected by anyone. That's why I take GREAT PLEASURE in being the one who rejected him, discarded him, and escaped him. I am absolutely THRILLED that I will forever be engraved in his twisted mind as "The One Who Got Away." His hate for me is eating him alive inside. 😅😂😅😂

Yes they come back so they can do a reverse discard. And they can come back to get revenge or even hurt you
My ex was discarded but he already knew you better not cut up over here. He has been in total hiding because I got him right where it hurt. Four years now. You can do it.

Almost 2 years now for me no contact. He tried to Hoover me back, but I told him I was happier and living my best life without him. He’s been hiding since and moving from supply to supply. I’m at peace and happy.

This backwards walking giraffe said he wanted to go to the movies with me. Wanted me to use my movie credits and pay for all the food and snacks. He asked me if I wanted to wait until he had spending money for food and snacks. When I replied if he wanted to he got mad. He lives with another woman and I know she is going through it with him. I just went on a date with a gentleman. This man said if you got tickets I'll pay for the snacks and food and it's a date. This man has his own place, good job and car. Not afraid to pay. My ex expects me to pay for everything. So over his crazy and cookoo for coco puffs behind. I deserve better and my ex can stay right where he is and she can cry and plead for him to stay when he threatens to leave her. She better let him go if she knows what I know now. Thank you Ms. T for your videos on these birds. I've learned so much from you. I'm finally going to be free of this bird and all his demons.

I did a surprise door slam, I told him NO and I had MY new supply there with me. He took off in a rage driving way. No contact 53 years. I believe God told them demons not to come back. The Lord super blessed me in every way. I married my new supply and been happily married for 50 years to the best Christian man ever. I don’t believe the x demon will return. 🙌. 🤣🤣🤣
