1st thing i do is i go to my garden look at my plants , i take care of them , admire the flowers , admire the process of patience and joy of watching the changes in nature. I keep listening your videos mean while. Its a great source of inspiration.. Then after bath , i do puja aarti and thats how i begin my day.. i wake up with great excitement when i see my flowers bloom.. 😊

I have set slokas like Vishnu Sahasranama, Vishnu Sukta, Narayana Sukta, Shree Sukta etc as my alarm and i set it so loud and i get up very quickly when i hear that, whenever i get up only thing comes into my mind is Lord Krishna, I was not like this just 2 years back but now I changed completely and I am really happy about it and I always pray god that I have to be like this till my last breath, I just love this feeling of loving God :)

Pretty mature for such a young guy. Basically our soul knows if we have sin backlog. That creates an undercurrent of depression. Sleep is a connection
to soul, so wakeup time we are still having vibrations of the soul. But knowing what to do is not easy. We have to look at atmakaraka to see
what our soul wants us to do. Our past life analysis will tell who we have to serve to get rid of the papakarmas. Praying to Lord Vishnu always brings
us good results, but if the root cause and realization is not there, then the practice fizzles out.People with strong ego and Rahu influence will listen
to non-spiritual stuff like motivational talks, because they want to continue the Rahu illusion that self is great and can do anything. They will listen to anything but the spirit - latest fads, scientific studies etc.

Spiritual practice at any time is the best. It's best before sleep coz at that time our sub concious mind is awaken so what ever we think it directly goes in our mind.

@@vikram5322 I don't know much about astrology.I generally do spiritual Sadhna at Brahma muhurta....wake up around 3am to 6 am.At beginning wake up at 3am is very painful for me but slowly wake up at 3am become automatic...and life becomes wonderful...just seating one place becomes like heaven......it's long story how I came to spirituality....
