Actually, you do seem to have a good sense of editing. Even if it is simple cutting, you always cut in the right places and you leave just enough in, but never too much. Cutting is easy, but knowing exactly where to cut isn't. Good job by the way, I always enjoy watching these. :3
About animals being durable... I had a hamster that I had for over 4 years and the first couple months, it got it's arm caught on the cage and lost it. It lived on with 3 legs and it lived passed my other hamster by around 6 months. It also had two litters that were donated to my local pet shop.
About the war over the moon, I could see that. They say the moon is made with He3 which happens to possibly become some sort of fuel. Others would want it for it to become some sort of major space station or off world civilization.
