Homemade beef bone broth

- Another tool I use in my healing is #beefbonebroth. I use grass fed beef (yes this IS important) - and roast the bones before setting out to make the broth I add what ever veggies we have available - with carrots and onions always being a staple - as well as garlic, ginger and tumeric (unless I’m out :)
I try and have at least two cups of this broth daily - as it has many nutrients my body needs and craves and protein that helps me continue to get stronger….and it’s freaking delicious!!!! I try and make at least one batch a week
