What temperature did you set the grill at? Heard you mention riot mode at one point. Did you use that temp the entire time?Great video! Can't wait to try this!
Yes I did until I hovered around 500°
How do you clean the griddle and store it?
I clean it off real good after the cook then i put olive oil on it and leave it in the bullseye.
