And talking of music producers, they deserve more juice than they get, they're literally that magic behind artists/musicians' outreach and growth, they give birth to the songs. 🙌🏾 Like one Kopala artist by the name of Joz B said on the track he was featured on by Slick Bowy titled "Nachilila" was that "Ku song ni beat eyo tutemwako, tulomfwamo umukaka uwo tatwanwapo" meaning the number one thing we love about a song or what first blows us away, iss the beat/instrumental, like how crispy it was produced and yeahhhh, you get what I mean yeahhhh!? 🙇🏾‍♂️
And oh, you should also give a listening ear to the song by Slick Bowy ft Joz B - Nachilila.... It's really good. 🔥 Basically talks about how we people don't usually care about the musical content (lyricism and yeah) but the instrumental, we be like "fuck it, for as long as nachilila" 😂😂

And Destro saying that a Pastor's job shouldn't only rely on being a pastor and getting paid only from that, he/she must have another job outside of that.... Lol 😂 ionn't agree, number one, churches make some ass whooping money bro. 😭🙇🏾‍♂️ Secondly, the church has to take care of the pastor and that's like one of em top top most priorities, regardless of any of us has to think or say. 😤🙇🏾‍♂️
Thirdly, a pastor's job is being a PASTOR, and just like the Bible itself says, one must reap what and where they sow. 🤲🏾 Number four/forth, apart from being naturally and spiritually gifted, pastor's also attend schools where they shape and sharpen up their ability and have a formal paper to show for it that they're approved to preach the gospel bwino bwino to people without misleading and misinforming them, isukulu very important for a pastor. 🙃 In short, that's a job they've gone to school for.
And lastly, it's all up to em pastors themselves to decide whether to have another job or venture into another business, because at the end of the day, being a pastor is also a business, it's work, it's a job, so you just gotta eat the fruits of your labor (sweat, smart & hardwork, dedication etc). 🧘🏾‍♂️ A pastor isn't just any other church elder who's grown in the church and stuff like that... That's why not errybody is a pastor even if they can preach. 🙇🏾‍♂️ Chapwafye.

I get that you don’t agree. And that’s valid.
But you need to understand that a Pastor having work outside of being a Pastor is required of him by God in scripture.
Yes, scripture does permit him to be paid for delivering the message, but it also recommends that he must put his hands to work. He can’t only rely on his church salary. (In fact all people must dive into several sources of income and not rely on one thing)
Secondly, it’s a misconception to believe that, just because the church is making a lot of money, that most of it goes to the pastor. Not all churches mint a lot of money, it takes growth to get to that place.
Furthermore, the church invests in not only building itself, but also in Missions and various other activities way before they decide on what the pastor is due. There is a board, there is church staff, some churches also support other churches with the money made off of tithes and offerings.
It’s okay to have opinions and agree to disagree. But let’s also have factual understanding and scriptural backing, that way we will not speak from without but from a solid foundation of understanding.
