I have a Rabaconda, I use two rim locks with Nitro Mousse and Golden Tire. Had mine for a few years now. Makes the job a lot easier. A must have for any serious rider that uses mousse's.

When I push on the rim locks with the spoons like that the whole rabaconda just flexes and the rim lock doesn't push in. Very frustrating, it takes me half an hour to change my tire with 2 rim locks. I've done about 10 changes with 2 rim locks so far. I think it gets harder every time lol. Need professional help no doubt.

true, it's one of the most difficult tasks and there are no really easy solutions. I personally like to push the rim lock in when resting the tire lever against brake disk. Then it's very firm. But yes, if you want to leverage it against the wheel support, the center spindle starts flexing. Only option is to pull the rim lock in when positioned towards your knee. This way the knee gives some stability not to have the center spindle flex

To his defence, it seems to be some kind of "permatube" maybe moose. But let me tell you from experience, 1 rim-lock is fun, 2 of them, well, takes some skill, and patience, or "practice" as you call it.

I am assuming the moose tube situation, because the tire seems 80% inflated when he sets the bead, also, I did not notice him threading the valve through the hole in the rim. I'm could be wrong about the whole thing though.

Sgt van der Walt he had a mousse for sure. Almost all enduro racers uses mousses. He was struggling because he had 2 rim locks. Not easy!
