@@harrapanman621 you don't really need music production school.. if you have budget then you should.. many famous artists didn't go to music school but i really recommend learning music theory
@@nanoa4863 Thanks for the suggestion! i actually thought that there should be some talented people who would not need production school. I wonder if they learnt from youtube though.. that would give me a stronh hope for myself :P :D

True. I hate those 3 minutes "tutorials", where they only show their track without explaining or going deeper into the topic. These videos shouldn't be called tutorials in my opinion. That's what I like about arcade, because he explains aswell
I mean trust me this is not everything lmao but its a good place to start but never think u know everything even the pros dont know everythinh u gotta keep learning to get better if u cant learn u cant get better so whats the point if u know everything! ❤🌱👁
I've been watching a lot of tutorials for a few years already and this one is definitely one of the best. You are breaking everything down but don't make it too complex for beginners so everyone can use it. Thanks for the video, keep up the good work!
What a coincidence...i was thinking about future house...and you just uploaded...and guess what,it was one of the best explanation i will ever remember
This video is gold arcade. I've been your fan since around 2-3 years. And I love to see you grow. My thoughts on this song tutorial wise is that this is literal diamond. Everything explained perfectly and the end result is really good. Also for some nice jazz feel(idk what to call it) in the second time the melody repeats, instead of going to the root from F# -> F to D# , you could try going from C# -> D and then to D#. That D will add a dissonance which would lead into the root (D#) really well. I suggest you try it. Love you anyway arcade.
My favorite part was the end when he goes "and here it is, En-joy" LOL Lots of love your way Arcade, thank you SO MUCH for sharing your knowledge and making anyone who's new to producing feeling capable and confident. I can't wait to see more of your content, please keep growing as a producer and sharing with us!!! Thanks again!
And as a tip that could probably help everybody is to do some small breaks in the melodies. Dont let it play a full bar all the time you need some space guys :)
@@jasonsteves734 You know when in some songs theres a some point for 1/4 of a bar no notes playing or just dry elements to pump it up? I meant it just like that. Little space in between but choose wisely. It comes with practice. The best advice i could give now is to listen to one of you fav songs and just listen to the melodie, bass or else to get the structure. I actually struggle right now to explain what i mean so im sorry if it doesnt help ^^'
deep house is almost like future house, just without the reverse reverb, melody and the bass is more simple. its also often a little slower with more ambient/loungy elements.
Hey man, this isnt relevant to the video but I wanted to let you know that ive been listening to your shiz for a couple years and I hope you never ever stop the fun online. You have a good attitude and a chill approach. Doesnt matter to me if youre breaking new frontiers or not, your channel is invaluable to many peeps trying to carve out their place in the music world. I GOT A LOT OF PROBLEMS 'CAUSE I DONT HAVE THIS PLUGS BUT I DID IT, MIXING, MIXING MORE, AND MORE & MORE, AND i got this more experience and I WON THIS BATTLE. THANK YOU BRO
got fl for christmas and not really know the techniques of it (i've been using LMMS before as my daw, it's a free one) and this tutorial helped me a lot 🤗
This video has changed the way I used to look at FL Studio. So many good tips and tricks about mastering and mixing!! Game changer video! Thank you so much Arcade! Cheers!!
Great video! Love some of the tricks, and techniques you used to fill out the main drop. Lots of day little layers that added some great depth! Thanks!
Why do you mix while it's clipping? If it's too quiet, just increase the volume on your sound card and that's it. Also I wouldn't use channel volume, just use output volume within a plugin and then the mixer for precise mixing. I usually keep my kicks at around - 10 to - 12dB and after all the layers, track is usually at around - 6dB which is perfect amount of headroom for mastering.
Hi , i am your subscriber and i have been watching your videos since 1 year when i started producing and in beetween i used to get rid of these tricks and unsubscribed yoi😅😅 but my frnd sent me this video and i am blown away with it , Today i learned that until your basics are not clear you cant master anything So i sunscribed u again☺😍😍😍😍😍
You know I actually tend to skip to the end most tutorials :) But when I saw this tutorial is 42 min, I knew it's worthy to watch the whole video... I did and I don't regret. So much useful information, especially for beginners. I'm gonna use all the tips you mentioned here, great work! I watched a lot of tutorials and this is the best by far, unless you will make more😆😆😁 Thank you very much😇
Thanks for the video man! I got Ableton 3 months ago and I just needed a video like this to explain exactly what I need in a drop. I got really close with watching different videos but now I feel like I finally understand it
I have probably watched like all your videos by now. You have some really good thing going on. And to be honest, just to learn I try to replicate your projects just with different Melodies. Keep it going bro.
I am so happy for you man! Your tutorials are getting famous day by day and your tutorials too, are just lit!! Wish you have a very bright future ahead! Keep going😃
This is great. Some thoughts if your interested. Lead into each pattern with what you're looking for. This helps with beginners who don't have your plugins. "We want a bass that is plucky with some delay. I'm going to use Nexus, but you can use anything." Also with the claps, it seemed to me that the first clap was the body of the sound, the second was the punch but the third I was curious about, especially since it wasn't synced. It would have been great to hear why you selected each clap. We don't have the same samples but we would know what type of sound we need. But this vid is excellent. None of this is criticism. Keep kicking ass.
as a beginner following the video i had trouble making good sounding chords that were in line with the bass, the bass is just a little too complex and notes are shorter than what he used so it's hard to follow along... dunno what to do
Watched the whole video, was very helpful! Thank you for the effort :) And the result sounds amazing! So much inspiration :D
