I have a small theory: Each of the turtle 4 main turtles (Minus Mikeys last ronin armor) has a small part of red on their outfits to honor their mirage versions
Raph of course; has his mask
Leo; has a red symbol on his arm
Donnie; has a red area on his staff
And one of the holders for Mikeys nunchucks are red

I just saw a unique tmnt toy set at local target that I haven't seen online. TMNT Legends of Akedo mini mutant battle warriors. They looked pretty cool and had great designs/sculpts 😀
