I hate seeing this! I figured the facelift coming out meant I could find a great deal on the pre-facelift models but the facelift doesn't fixes all the issues I had with the pre-facelift and now I want this one! Ah, first world problems I guess.

Yes
It seems to depend on your market. According to audiusa.com the 2017 S3 has 6 speed S tronic. According to audi.co.uk and audi.de it has a 7 speed S tronic (or 6 speed manual). So either audiusa.com is outdated or the US isn't getting the 7 speed. US also still has 292HP motor while EU is 306HP (310PS).
Why do the brake calipers just say "S"? Did the pre facelift not say S3.

Whats the difference between a3 and s3?
S3 is the sportier higher performance version of the A3. More horsepower, more torque, more aggressive looking exterior, interior has the sport seats etc.

Cant decide between s3 or cla 45 amg.. the two things i hate about the S3 is the interior (looks like complete crap) and the fact that you cant get the Nardo Grey color thats only available on the RS models (RS3 way too expensive)... other then that, stunning car
i dont think nano gray is darker than daytona gray. especially not under sunlight...
