Hi Shivangi, I had this same ingrown hair which you have referred to as strawberry skin in the video. One thing which has really helped is after my shower I take my pumice stone sometimes and use it on skin in circular motions. Somehow all my ingrown hair gets better and the appearance of dark dots on the skin has reduced a lot. I use pumice for exfoliating and then epilate

While epilating it always cut my hairs and also results in ingrown ..is there any solution?
I do epilate against hair growth and also do exfoliate using scrubs
Lot of ingrown, didn't work for me.
If the hairs are too long it results in cutting of hair.. try shaving 2-3 days before epilating so that the hairs are short enough

It’s not meant to be used on face at all, but you can use it for underarms

Can I use it for facial hair removal?
No you shouldn't. Because facial skin can be sensitive compared to body skin, so it can cause ingrown hair, red bumps and some other videos people had burns also. There is another epilator for facial hair some r good some can cause burns or bleed too. So, choose wisely!
Can we use epilator on face except face razor?
No, this cannot be used on the face. There is another facial epilator from Braun which is meant for the face.
