In this TI Precision Labs video, we discuss HDMI® and Dual-Mode DisplayPort
(DP++). HDMI and DP++ are popular video interfaces that can carry both video
and digital audio from a video source to a sink device, such as a
high-definition TV (HDTV) or monitor. Two versions of the standard are:
HDMI1.4b and HDMI2.0. We also cover the three major signaling components for
HDMI devices: transition-minimized differential signaling (TMDS), hot-plug
detect (HPD), and the Display Data Channel. (DDC)
