Excellent review. detailed and thorough. You answered all the questions I had. Opened Christmas morning and was curious about a few things and you nailed it. Good work
A belt is a tool to use not something to be relied on to do the work. People that think they know a lot and really know nothing about technique will think picking see up rounded is bad for your back....as Stuart McGill says....if done right your spine is actually supported against the weighted object you are rounded over....but everybody thinks they're an expert and can't even do the basics right but still chime in about what's right and wrong. This is a helpful review although hard to buy because never in stock. Obviously a preference but do you think the 100lb would be to light? I figure for the few bucks Mir get the 150 to grow into
i don't think a 100 lbs would be too light! you could potentially get more reps and more work with it. less risk of injury, i plan on getting the 100 lbs too
Hi Leo, I am aware you dont upload on your UA-cam anymore. However, I was wanted to ask why you ended up getting rid of the Reverse Hyper? Would you recommend this for a Garage Gym? Bring the videos back! Cheers
Thanks for the review! I should have waited for this to come out instead of buying the d ball! cost way cheaper than D Ball! Like your gym setup. How do you mount the rings on the ceilings?
ay man just found the channel ! keep killing it ; ) new gear looks awesome. It's awesome to see some of the great content being produced by other UA-camrs out there. Keep it up, it's inspiring stuff man :)
sandbag is 1/3 - 1/4 the price of equivalent slamball. although check out Walmart, they have diamond pro slamballs for cheap. i saw a 150 slam ball for 180$ with free store pick up
no i haven't. i feel that bent over rows, dumbbell rows and landmine rows would be sufficient. the pull down is a hard move to replicate and i think the original pulley is great for that
Leo Pando dude your a beast! I ended up buying one in 150 because of your awesome review. I can't imagine loading this thing 100x. First time with sandbags and it is definitely way different than barbells. Thanks
Hey Leo I could find some shores at home u could help me out with or maybe u should look into part-time in construction jobs? Lol If u liked the workout, good for you though..
What is wrong with placing the bag on the shelf, step back, and then pick it off the shelf and set it back down on the floor. Why only work your muscles one way? I see this with weight lifting all the time. The user drops the weight once it is up. Doesn't make sense.
You must live in a land locked state or your far away from the beach. I live 5 minutes away from the beach and I will never buy sand when I can get it for free. Even if you live in the Midwest in the mountains or in some desert there must be someplace where you can get dirt or sand for free. 😂
Treating it like an airline suitcase, nice!

Damn sun, I recently got this same weight , picked it up once and felt like a boss haha . What you just did I can't do yet but great inspiration
I envy your gym set up!!! Super random, but I plan to use these bags as a portable gym someday while living in a #vanlife. Dope for out door classes
great video as always, always check your reviews when I'm looking at new equipment

Leo Pando
thanks , perfect timing on response
Awesome review!! I might have to pick up that Rogue sandbag. I'd like to get back into functional training.
Do you think play sand would've been better?
FWIW no. The paving sand is thicker grain than play sand. It won’t leak as much. Play sand is super fine... leaks really easy.
Hey, man. How's it holding up? Did you feel like you should have gotten the 200lb one at the time?
Hey bro, can I have your gym if your not gonna use it anymore. You haven’t uploaded for about a year now
Hey man, what happened to your platform? Was there anything wrong with it or would you still recommend your DIY video on it?
Thanks for the review... plan to buy this along with the titan fitness yoke to throw they bag over...

Any chance the Rogue Monster Lat Pull down-Low Row is in the future of your garage gym?
sorry i might've missed it in the vid, but did you end up filling the bag all the way to 150 or not ?
He put 160 in
Just wondering about the back belt
They have play sand at Lowes near the lumber. It would probably be better suited for this task. Just a thought. Great review keep the content coming.
That is what I used and I prefer play sand to other types for sandbags
damn i wish i saw your comment before i went and got the paver sand, it rained the day i got it too and the sand was wet ):
Sweet shoes! What brand/model?
ay man just found the channel ! keep killing it ; ) new gear looks awesome.

Hey Leo nice vid. I'm sure you've done a review on your power rack but is that the RM6 from Rogue?
yea i do have a review lol. its the version 1.0 RM6
Would you recommend the sandbag or a slam ball? Also thank you for the review, appreciate it!
Sandbag since you can adjust the weight
sandbag is 1/3 - 1/4 the price of equivalent slamball. although check out Walmart, they have diamond pro slamballs for cheap. i saw a 150 slam ball for 180$ with free store pick up
Diamond pro bumpers are great for a great price as well since you bring the company up. I mostly buy rogue but that caught my eye.
Where you at my man we miss your shit
I was about to write that too!
what are those two posters behind the gun rack (barbell rack) ?
Nice Vid bruh. Keep putting vids out, peopel enjoy them.
ill do my best joey!
Hey, how about a update video on how ya doing. Great to hear about goals and whatever.
You need a 200lber
Can you fill the bag less than the rated weight? For instance just fill the 150# strongman sandbag to 100#?
Andy Nguyen maybe use a lighter medium like mulch or a mixture. im sure if you plan ahead it would be very easy to do
how are youre spud inc lat tricep pulley? still working? -thanks
Have you ever thought about getting the spud low pulley attachment?
no i haven't. i feel that bent over rows, dumbbell rows and landmine rows would be sufficient. the pull down is a hard move to replicate and i think the original pulley is great for that
Love you gym man! Where did you buy your chains from 😊 im shopping for some!
