for your felicie, do you have any sort of 'caving out' on the canvas (not on the flap but front of the body)? i used mine literally only for a day once after buying it recently, did not overstuff it just used it normally... had a lipstick, maybe that dented it... but just wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue :(
