Great video. I don't understand the accent issue that he's mentioning. I've been in the info-marketing space for about 3.5 yrs now, and i just let my work do the talk. I've worked with one of the best clients and ive never had the issue of someone not paying me for my service. not sure which part of the market he's working with, but it sure doesn't sound pleasant
One thing he could do is put in the reps till he gets a lot of money then hire someone from America to do everything for him while he just grows the company. I agree with Dan, you're gonna do fine even with the accent.

Here it was quite obvious you are not racist, whereas in some situations people are genuinely racist. I do agree most people are annoyingly sensitive which ultimately takes power away from being rightfully angered in the event of REAL racism. It waters it down to a degree that most of us are now desensitized to hearing the word 'racism' so in the event of true racism/discrimination we dont take it serious, which creates a bigger problem.
