    Yep, the commercial buildings are sitting empty & guess who's efficiently & very happily working from their homes , even in this blizzard. Didn't spend any time , gas or wear on the vehicles getting to & from that enormous rental building either. Why sit in the rented building? The only reason I can think of is that a hired higher up can watch your every move. Make sure you don't spend an extra 5 minutes making a sandwich for lunch. Not everyone has to have an all-seeing boss, they actually work more efficiently when they aren't being interrupted by others all day too.
    Businesses are realizing its saving them money by not renting these buildings. So you might MAYBE pay a few employees to take extra long lunchs or restroom breaks verses paying thousands in rent.
    You have happier employees, making more money because they don't have to pay for gas or a half hour of baby sitters before & after work, less stressed & the business isn't indebted to the banks for rent.
    I see it as a win win. The only lossers are the greedy banks. They're charging too much interest. If they'd lower the rates these homes & buildings would sell like hotcakes. But they're just too gready.
