    Mr. Yohn must have been incarcerated without access to a TV when Mr. Brooks represented himself and landed himself multiple life sentences. Calling a judge a pos will not serve him well throughout the proceedings. LOL

      I would love to see this no nonsense judge handle Darell Brooks. I’m sure he wouldn’t go back and forth with him for a long period of time like Dorrow did. It was painful to watch all the interruptions. I wonder how many times she had to dismiss the jury while he was applying all his stall tactic!

      His motions were filed in October. Its nearly December and the opposing side hasn’t even handed over the discovery material. Its a pretty basic motion and this delay is unusually unnecessary and clearly the prosecution is being favored. You sir/mam are turning a blind eye.

      Criminal Justice system. Back in 2008 I got arrested in Sacramento for a drunk in public. Spent the night in jail, downtown Sacramento. When I got out that morning. All my money was missing from my wallet. I asked about it and they could care less. They take advantage.

    I see physical fitness is not a requirement for that sheriffs department. It’s not a cut down. It’s something they should care about to live a longer better life. That job is one of the highest stressful jobs. Heart attack waiting to happen

      Im sure like most places sheriffs departments are having a very hard time finding employees.. if they’re qualified they’re probably going to be hired. The city I live in has 49 full time officers and should have 100.

      Trust me y ou want every criminal to represent themselves. It's the easiest conviction ever. The judge has to work hard, but the prosecution is resting easy.

      @@abebuckingham8198 It is actually more difficult for the prosecutors when they have a pro se defendant! MUCH more difficult and it's not due to the defendant lack of knowledge. Pro Se defendants get more leeway and sympathy from the jurors.

      Not defending the guy but it seems like the clerk is purposely ignoring his motions. He filed them before November 28th and that happens to a lot of prisoners while they’re incarcerated. Again, not defending him. His motions aren’t being filed in a timely manner by the court and he’s clearly upset.

      There won’t be as many interruptions. The judge doesn’t have to tip toe around this defendant. You could even make the case that Brooks has or had elevated protections and privileges that this guy doesn’t.

      Not defending him at all…He was respectful for most of the time and only speaking when it was his turn. His motion was not filed in a timely fashion by the clerk. He should not have reacted that way but he’s clearly upset.

    I say if you’re a criminal go ahead and represent yourself 😂. And make sure to let the judge know how you feel about him and his courtroom. In fact make sure that you control the courtroom and no one else. It makes for such great comedy to watch.😂😂😂😂

      There is another recent trial I believe that defendant repping themself. He yelled out his entire opening statement like a preacher. I cant remember is name. His hair stands up in spikes

    He and I went to the same law school. He needs this to go straight to the Supreme Court, which means (by Taco Bell standards) it comes with sour cream and tomatoes.

    As an American I look forward to paying for his food and housing for the rest of his natural life. I also cannot wait for him to enroll in college credit or technical courses while incarcerated and hope he takes advantage of the free Healthcare while in jail.
